Academic All-American Program Information
The Del Mar Little League Academic All-American program recognizes those DMLL participants that also excel in the classroom.
The program's goal and intent is to create incentive to do well in school through special recognition and inclusion in the exclusive 2010 DMLL Academic All-American class.
DMLL Academic All-American Program Student-Athlete Qualifications:
- Current active DMLL players playing in the A:MP, AA, AAA or Majors divisions
- Enrolled in 4th through 7th grade
- With academic achievement of straight A's (including A-) in the classroom
To apply, parents or guardians will be required to complete and return the Academic All-American Program Application along with a copy of the students 2009/2010 academic year report card as follows: Elementary School: 2nd Trimester Report Card, Middle School: 1st Semester Report Card
2010 Application Deadline: May 1, 2010
All qualified student-athletes will be recognized on the DMLL website and presented a certificate for achievement acknowledging their inclusion in the 2010 Academic All-American Class during Championship Saturday (June 5th).
